I can work with you on speed training, core strength and fitness, body building, circuit training and even boxacise. I am also available to help you create a personalised gym training programme to help you to meet your needs. There are no limits!
You can receive individual, one to one training in an environment that suits your needs, train with friends in group sessions or discuss training plans that you can complete in your own time at your pace.
If there is a specific training session you want, or if you want to focus on a particular area of your body, just let me know and we will create a bespoke programme that will meet your needs.
