Who are we?
Park Fitness Cardiff was Established in December 2012 by Jon Bell, who is a qualified gym instructor,personal trainer and fitness enthusiast.
Jon is also a qualified spin, TRX, circuit training and kettlebell instructor.
Jon has a passion for fitness and has been completing training, including circuit training, gym work and running for the past 15 years. He has competed in numerous races including the Cardiff Half Marathon and 10k and continues to maintain fitness for these events.
Jon aims to help all his clients improve not only their physical fitness, but to help them develop a healthier way of living and leave each session feeling energised and motivated to achieve more.
Jon has a qualification in Diploma in Health, Fitness and Wellbeing and has achieved his FAW First Aid qualification.
